COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) – A proposed constitutional amendment guaranteeing access to abortion made it to the Ohio ballot on Tuesday, setting off what promises to be a volatile and costly battle with emotional messages and competing factual claims.
The voting rule would establish a “fundamental right to reproductive freedom” with “reasonable” conditions.
